30-Day Returns and Exchanges

scrubdaddy accepts no-reason return and exchange requests made within 30 days after delivery.

Contact support@scrubdaddyon.shop or 512-534-4479 before sending an item. Once approved, we provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent free return arrangement. The merchant pays return shipping for approved no-reason returns, exchanges, damaged items, defective items, and other quality-related returns.

Return items with their included components and original packaging when reasonably possible. Customers remain responsible for damage caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect an item.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Custom or personalized items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned unless applicable law requires otherwise or the item is defective.

Refund Timing

After the return is received, inspected, and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Refund posting normally takes 5–10 business days; banks and card issuers may require additional processing time.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment when fulfillment has not begun. After shipment, requests are handled under this Refund Policy.
